My name is Keishia Hemphill and I’m the owner and sole provider of Alura Counseling services. I firmly believe in intersectionality and how we’re all interconnected within the human experience.

I am a proud alumna of Spelman College where I received my BA in Psychology as well as Temple University where I received my M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology. I have been practicing since 2016 and am currently licensed in the states of Delaware and Colorado. I thoroughly enjoy the work I have the privilege to do each day with individuals such as yourself.

• Multiculturalism is my main approach in counseling. We are all impacted by our environment, identities, family, and personal values/beliefs. I view counseling as an opportunity to sit and read a chapter of a client’s book of life-humbly excited because I have the honor to support you as you imagine and write what the next chapter will be!
